Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is a critical member of the team who will manage the online presence and community of the INSTI brand. We are looking for someone passionate about connecting with other humans and providing a customer-centric digital brand experience. You will play a vital role in achieving exponential growth and driving forward our mission to get people tested with the best technology on the market.

  • Supports the customer experience by managing inbound calls, web inquiries, customer and general inquiries
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Assist in the organization of tradeshow and event coordination
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide sales support to existing and new customers by preparing training certificates for customers, providing product information over the phone, emailing product brochures or sell sheets and answering questions on the sales process
  • Coordinate schedules and meeting invites, other misc admin support
  • Help plan and execute company events
  • Train as back up to the Order Desk for vacation coverage


You are a born organizer and doer . . . you love making checklists and take pride in crossing completed tasks off . . . everything from stocking the office supply cupboard to ensuring tradeshow booths arrive on time and in perfect condition across the globe.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, team player who takes initiative and exemplifies strong organizational skills
  • One year of experience in a customer support or office administrator role where you were passionate about resolving issues
  • Thrive in managing multiple tasks and determining priorities on the fly based on the urgency and time
  • Exposure to dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing environments
